We designed this pad specifically for the True North Concepts© Modular Holster Adaptor, also known as the MHA. This is also the hanger GBRS Group Gear© sells. It is a sturdy and highly adjustable holster hanger, becoming a favorite amongst many. The one downside to the hanger platform is the hardware.
 
The hardware protrudes in, towards your body and can cause hot spots and discomfort, depending on your belt setup. With belts getting slimmer and lighter yet still retaining rigidity, the hanger hardware becomes much more noticeable. So, we developed this fairly simple design to allow all day comfort with your MHA and belt setup.
 
It is made using two layers of 3mm Spacer Mesh, with a thin inner layer of closed cell foam. The outer has Velcro© One-Wrap to allow the pad to be placed on belts with hook OR loop fields. The One-Wrap wings allow you to trim to fit the shape and profile of your belt, if needed. When worn, the pad will compress to 3/16" - 1/8" making very minimal adjustment to your belt length but not adding "felt" bulk.
 
Although the TNC Pad was not designed around the Safariland hangers, several end users have had good luck with them.
 
** Due to the nature of sewing compressible and stretchable fabrics, some misalignment can occur in the final sewing process. This gives the pad a "crooked" appearance. We DO test fit each pad to ensure that it will cover the hardware in our inspections. None are packaged that fail sewing strength or fail to adequately cover the MHA hardware.
